Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — air cooler water pump issue

I bought a air cooler 2 month back and its water pump stopped working,

i called the customer care and raised complaints multiple times but till now no assistance is provided, hindware is big company but i never thought it will fool its customers like this.
