The products in subject are well in warranty period.
Made service request on 30th July. After repeated calls to device person, he came and went back without resolving issues.
I talked to Bhagalpur based area service coordinator and assured me that service engineer would visit the site to find the issue.
Later on 2nd August, I received three sms confirning three different service requests that I had not made.
Afterward both the coordinator and the service person stopped receiving my calls.
On 4th August, I dialed customer care to find the status of my service requests. Customer care executive told me that all my service requests had been successfully completed as I had shared my happy code with service person. It is to be noted that I had not shared the same with anyone.
When I told the customer care executive what really had happened, he told me tomake a complaint through email at [protected]@hindware.co.in. And I make the complaint even over there in the morning of 4th August itself.
But still even the receipt of my mail has not been acknowledged.
