I purchased a geyser(3l)
Model fraiso
From my local dealer.
After using the product for sometime the product got some mechanical defects and the company was unable to repair it.
When i asked them to replace they agreed and still the product is not replaced and the company is just saying different things everyday.
The service head(Varun Gupta) is unable to do anything and the product is not being replaced
