I purchased, concealed tank and toilet seat with seat cover of Hindware from Himani Enterprises, Rajouri garden, New Delhi ( the Company branded showroom) on 14th august 2022.
Today, when I started installing the seat, its cover was found to be faulty when taken out from the pack itself . On being talked to by the dealer, he straight away refused to help and directed to make a complaint to the company.
A complaint was registered against Sr No. EH045886, which was attended today itself. The person came and said the seat has a broken lock inside the seat plate. He informed me that he has sent the pic to the QC department and they will take a call on it.
Is it really professional for the company and its dealer to stop the work on the toilet, by supplying faulty parts? Frankly speaking, I preferred to purchase Hindware over jaguar and Grohe, which were almost of similar cost, just because hindware is an Indian company. But i am now repenting on my decision.
I request that management shall take immediate call on complaint and get it sorted out .
