I have registered a complaint through customer care portal on April
Ticket no. WHR2045907
This ticket was closed without customer knowledge ( mentioning fake reasons)
At the time of closing the call it was near by 50 days i made call to customer care and asked why it was closed with silly reasons
I asked yo reopen the same complaint no But they lodged a new complaint as it was happened this Ticket no was WHR2126104
Got many responsible persons contact no through customer care
I ve called many persons but NO USE UNABLE TO FIND THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON IN HINDWARE(SOMANY)
No one is responding
THESE PERSONS DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMER VALUE
I came to know a thing that the service calls are done by third parties Employees of Hindware looking over it
These Hindware employees doesn't knows the customer value they are just working ...
Eventhough I asked for warranty extension but they are bouncing the calls they dont even telling who is responsible person for that
Even though I ve mailed all the issues to [protected]@hindware.co.in with all screenshots of call history and everything
They are not at all reading the mails receiving from customers just sending the replies like automated messages what to do because they are working in Hindware
