Your email starts with 'wecare', but do you people really care. I have lodged a complaint on 11th of Dec and today is 16th December, no resolution has been made.
My Call No. is WHR1835702. I am in Navi Mumbai and if such is the service
TAT, then only God knows of your service in non metro cities.
My 6 month old Hindware geyser stopped working and I am waiting for your resolution.
I have called customer care as well, but they only provided me with a local service centre number, which is switched off all the time.
