Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — Harassment Complaint and compensation | |||
I had purchased a kitchen Chimney. Due to problem I lodged my complaint under complaint no KARCZJ06PB0009 on[protected] of custom care of hindware. According to the rules, the company has to send its mechanic within 48 hours to fix it. My item is under warranty. I have called the customer care about 10-12 times, but they are not listening. So my problem should be resolved by taking action in this regard and I should be given compensation after being heavily harassed by the company.
