Hi Team, Our hindware 15L geyser is not working from past 6 months. We tried contacting customer care more than 10 times. Only first time we had a visit from serviceman. He took out heating elements and bottom panel told he will come and replace in a week, it's been 6nmonths now, called customer care 10 times or more, raised ticket for repair in app multiple times, each time they are just cancelling the ticket, we called area service manager too, still no one came. kindly resolve the issue.
