I have purchased a Hindware Nevio 90 cm chimney from pepperfry. As per the details provided by Pepperfry I have called into Hindware[protected] to raised a service request with Hindware on 2nd of sept 2016. Till today they haven't send me a technician to install it. I have been calling them everyday but there are still asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. The days are just passing but there is no action taken by them. and the hindware don't even provide me a complaint number.when i trying to generate a complaint there website was throwing an error. Technician has said me that he would be fixing the chimney today. Due to technican personal issues he couldn't come today. But the Joke in here is they only have one technician to look after too two districts. Warangal and Karimnagar.
