Please help me to resolve my complaint or help me with senior manger/technical person email id or phone number to update status. As no one has responded to our complaint after regular feedbacks. I get regular weekly feedback calls without in person reporting to us to resolve the issue. This is happening from last 60days u can check details from SR no as follows.
SR no.FF037552 is assigned.
SR no. FF030677 is re-assigned.
Please respond as soon as possible.
Don't assign mr.deepak for r complaint. Request you to arrange senior technician to resolve issue or change the product.
I will wait for next 2 days before I take further action on the same
