Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — No response to complaint on Calisto water purifier

Purchased Calisto water purifier 5 months back.
I raised issue On 3rd Feb 2021 with service number: WPR1356527
And they are saying some part has to deliver to them from 20 DAYS.

What a pathetic service.
I feel like It is Very easy to cheat a customer and nobody cares.
