Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — Poor Customer care, not respecting published Warranty condition | |
I have bought complete Bathroom set from Hindware last year. Within usage of 2-3 month these all started getting rusted. Hindware product Warranty clearly states that the Chrome / Nickel plating are warranted for 1 year. On my complaint Hindware representative visited my home and inspected 2-3 times. Seeing the condition each time they assured that most likely these will not be repaired but replaced. While I have never demanded a replacement but wanted Hindware to respect the warranty condition that they are publishing, ie, to repair the Chrome plating as the case be. Months passed by without any action. When I reached out with mails, started getting a standard response that replacement cannot be done as its not manufacturing defect while the fact is I never have demanded any replacement at first place. The customer care team don’t even bother to see the mail content, just copy and paste earlier same msg. This is disgusting. A very poor Customer care team to say a least. Having said so, I am struggling with my complaint for last 6 months+ but no respite or a positive response from Hindware. I demand a clear justification why Hindware is not responding to my query of Chrome rusting within 3 months? Is the warranty commitments are all Fake?
