One year back I had options, but chose hindware because of Brand and Indianness. Almost same price or even at a better price, I was approached by almost all branded sanitary houses and even by many local brands that promised me to fix things at my house with an SLA of 24 -72 hours. But unfortunately I chose you guys. Your taps /facets had precision issues & were replaced, pots leaks, basins have uneven roughness . Stainless chrome plating eroded in year and what not.
Adding to misery, whatsapp works with mood swings, grievance pages open to bad requests, attached screenshot and phone numbers usually hang up.
To all my setbacks, the seller always asked me to turn to you for any after-sale service and the assigned guy either didn't turn up or show an attitude, especially your farmaan.
I purchase sanitary products of rs around 90K, bills attached but product and service are too pathetic even to rate. If this request is not falling on deaf ears then please arrange a visit to my house and replace the leaky pots & tanks else I will be pushed to approach Consumer court .
