I have raised a complaint in july 2020 with hindware as my geyser is not working. technician came and confirm there is an issue with the product and it needs to be replaced. since then i am following up multiple calls and emails. in the month of aug 2020 they asked to upgrade to higher model and pay 2200 rs to avoid future issues. i made the payment and informed Nandesh manager send the payment receipt also. since then i am following up with hindware customer care, they say there is no manager/supervisor on the floor and i have sent multiple email to fix still no response. This is worst service and they don't care of the issue. I have called Nandesh manager multiple times still no response from him. Was this information helpful? | |||
