I have purchased a siphonic toilet seat on 31.03.2022 from local seller. I registered a complaint about water level after flushing on 02.04.2022 and same was attended by technician on 10.04.2022 still problem not resolve and i have registered again complain on 12.04.2022 (Complain No.ED018094 ) but nobody attended. i have called several times to their staff but they did not provide any satisfactory reply. Kindly look in to the matter and provide solution or 100% refund.
