Vide invoice/5183/2021 dated 14/01/2021 I purchased Dome[protected] S/w from of HIndware sanitary Collection ( HSIL) from Bhagwan Das Ramesh Kumar, Pitampura Delhi. Since the commode has developed a hairline crack and on becoming uncomfortable as well as on account of the Stain mark on the commode, I filed a complaint for replacement under warranty. I lodged a complaint on 9th March 2023 and on 10th March 2023 Engineer visited and sent the investigation report stating hairline crack and stain marks ( both are covered under warranty). I lodged a complaint via email on 14th march 2023. On 15th March 2023, I get a mail from the company that the product is not covered as there is no manufacturing defect. I was surprised as contrary to the report by the engineer that there was a hairline crack and stain mark, my claim was rejected. There is no human intervention if the commode is broken then there would be a point of impact which is not there and again the commode is stain mark which is fully covered under warranty. The warranty card shows 10 years guarantee. Now I am claiming after two years and the claim is rejected. This is highly ridiculous and on the frivolous ground, they have rejected my claim. Neither the sr engineer came nor any person yet my claim was denied.
There is no escalation matrix to whom I can escalate my grievance. Therefore I am coming to you sir, to resolve my complaint and seek redressal by replacement of the commode under warranty.
