Hindware Sanitaryware Collection [Hsil] — Worst customer care by service center

My complaint/call number is WHR1695693. Complaint date is 5th October 2021. Now almost a month and I am still waiting for the solution. Service center personal Mr. Hemant is very very rude, liar, unprofessional and uneducated. He always throw fake commitment rudely about 2-3 days. The senior contact person Mr. Devang, is the most busiest person in the world as he never bother to receive any call anytime. I want solution of my complaint immediately as I have already waited for 25 days.

Notified to whom? Customer support? LOL...the actual problem is your pathetic service center team and customer support. Waiting period is now more than a month and still waiting for the solution. How many more days???
