One month ago I bought this purifier and they didn't check TDS after installing it, I was not aware of the TDS meter. So I didn't ask them later one of my neighbors wanted to buy this purifier, so he tested my purified water and normal usage water with his TDS meter. We all have been shocked because there is very little difference. Then I requested a technician visit on 27th of Feb till now nobody came to my house and I also called reached customer team 10 times. They are also useless and they have given some dealer numbers, these dealers([protected], [protected], [protected]) don't receive my calls if received also they talk very rudely.
