[Resolved]  Hindware — tap spindle problem.

we had purchased a new model of tap of hindware brand...the problem started the next day it was fitted. the knob we rotate for opening and closing tap is very loose and it comes in our hands once we rotate. our plumbing service provider was informed.. he try to rectify it and the same prob repeats itself many a times .. we have complained it to the dealer..but they said they were helpless... now its like the consumer of your brand have been cheated with sub standard quality product..this is so disgusting... now can the company itself rectify the prob and save your name yourself please.
