I tried to complete my kyc from 10days, daily I'm doing more than 10-15times, and I sent emails and screenshot and screen recording about the issues, but they are sending their link of kyc through message and mail, but nothing is working, if I call and complaint to the support team, they are keep telling it's a government portal problem, but another app I tried and I completed my kyc update, it's not a government programs, it's dhammm your technical support team problem, you should understand that and you resolve that problem zest money.
