Hisense — Bad quality LED TV, don't buy them and poor service

I purchased Hisense LED TV in August, 2020 (though name not known in indian subcontinent), due to the 5 year warranty given for the TVs purchased during that period. The TV worked well for a year and a half, but later the TV video turned blank while the audio is playing. When contacted customer care they sent a technician, he checked and said panel failed, as you have warranty your TV will be replaced. The technician charged ₹500 for the visit. It has been nearly a month since the technician visited, but there isnt a word of assurance from Hisense, they keep on saying your issue will be resolved in 2 days, but it hasn't been resolved since a month. They cheated me by providing a poor quality TV and also cheated me by their irresponsible and careless service. Don't buy these TV's for God sake. Don't fall for the price, instead buy a good quality one .
