Hitachi Aircon — No Cooling in AC

Hi Team,

I have raised a complaint on Hitachi website for the AC unit RAW318KUD for which the compressor keeps on tripping every few minutes and does nt come up even after 30 minutes. we have to restart the ac always to bring the Compressor up. I have raised a complaint with Hitachi customer care #[protected] and as well as raised the issue to Level 1 on Hitachi aircon website, screenshot attached. It has already been 24 since i raised the complaint on Level 1, I am not able to raise it to Level-2 as they have not provided me the NLE/reference no. due to which i can't proceed to raise it to Level - 2. I have got one more unit in my house with the same problem. We initially suspected it to be voltage issue but ruled it out as other ACs in my house are running fine except these 2 hitachi Window AC RAW318KUD unit. Please resolve my concern immediately, and give me the NLE to raise it to Level-2.
