Hi Team,

I have raised a complaint on Hitachi website for the AC unit RAW318KUD for which the compressor keeps on tripping every few minutes and does nt come up even after 30 minutes. we have to restart the ac always to bring the Compressor up. I have raised a complaint with Hitachi customer care #[protected] and as well as raised the issue to Level 1 on Hitachi aircon website, screenshot attached. It has already been 24 since...

Ac broke down, complaint registered on 27th April 2021. Ac was purchased on 21st April 2021. No solution provided as of now. I need AC replacement urgently or refund of the full amount of Rs 36500 as faulty product was delivered.i would also need to be compensated for delay and harassment including AC installation charges of Rs 1550....
