    Good day,

    I had raised complaint about fridge not cooling.

    Following problems faced.

    1) Technician came back with part after 30- 35 days and my fridge was not working for such a long time.

    2) technician came back with old/ repaired part which had its electrical wire plastic brittle. And broken at few places.

    3) They had no price list and quoted very high price for this part.

      I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding reoccurring failures of my Hitachi Window AC 1.5 ltr, Model Kaze Plus 5 Star, RAW518KUDZ1 purchased on 15th Mar 2021. I have been your patronized Customer and never bought any other brand except Hitachi in last 3 decades. My 1st AC until the last one has been Hitachi. Not only does all my flats have your machines installed, I have also always recommended Hitachi to my friends and relatives. However, this unit has completely shaken my faith and confidence in your brand.

      The machine started malfunctioning just after the purchase and required service intervention and repairs. It has been failing in short intervals which has led me to start doubting its quality. It seems either Hitachi has stopped manufacturing reliable products any longer, else I have been sold a defective unit having an inherent fault.
      I have been pouring money on this unit quite frequently, just to keep it functional. I always live with a fear that the system may start malfunctioning anytime. Its not even 6 months that I paid a hefty amount and got the AC repaired that it has again stopped working.

      Although there are many cost effective brands available in India however, I have spent almost double the amount and blindly chosen Hitachi each time I needed an AC, due to my immense confidence in your brand. It is disheartening for me to be writing this note and escalating the matter to you as I am now loosing faith due to the unit failing every now and then.
      I could never enjoy or be in peace ever since I bought this unit and request the company to intervene and replace the unit so that my trust built over 3 decades is not shattered.
      I believe it is essential for Hitachi to uphold its reputation for excellence and ensure that its customers continue to enjoy high-quality products and services.

        I had already registered a complaint for poor handling of my refrigerator issue on this platform yesterday. Today, i received a SMS from Hitachi to call on a given number for resolution. After calling upon, the female not only disconnected, but immediately i received a SMS saying that I had cancelled my request to Hitachi. What kind of cheating is this from HITACHI. They are not listening or solving my problem instead telling me that I, from my side had submitted a cancellation request. I didn't expected such a cheap tactic from such a big and esteemed brand.

          My HITACHI REFRIGERATOR bought on in oct 2016 had some issues on 16tg July 2023. I googled to call Hitachi technical team.I dialled the first number that popped up when i typed Hitachi service near me. The person on other sides assured me of getting my fridge fixed and in hours time a technician visited me. He told us that fridge has some cooling issue and gas leakage and change of filter is required. for this, he quoted 5k. When we tried saying this is too much, we will enquire from someone if this is correct pricing, the fellow said, i[censored] get it done by someone else, the warranty on the product will expire, so better get it done by us His words made us believe that he is from team Hitachi. From there on our nightmare begins, every second day the fridge would have issues n after multiple fixing by the guy, he finally came up to say, we can't fix it n we are Hitachi dealers and u need to call Hitachi people . It's then we realised we have been duped. After somehow contacting Hitachi people, they came, clicked pics n videos, only to reveal that some parts were damaged n changes or removed by the previous technician hence company doesn't hold the warranty now. They mailed me a whopping bill of over 40k. I pleaded them this isn't my fault n that they should consider my case as I invested a big amount in their brand just bcoz of their big name. They offered me a discount by saying compressor will be free but I need to pay 18k . To which I had again requested my financial problems. Since then, they had stopped replying to my calls n my mails just go empty. i escalated to level 3 but nothing is being done. I, an ordinary person with limited digital knowledge tried contacting them on Instagram but only false assurance was made. After again connecting to them, they said, a senior technician would visit ...on calling again n again, i was told ur case is in system, u accept the proposal on that mail, then we will proceed. But nothing is happening on my mails . After again some brain racking, i happen to contact them through WhatsApp, i got to know my complaint n request stands CANCELLED. why and how ..God knows... i understand company 's policy that if some other party does something on product, the warranty expires. But my question to company is how a very ordinary person, who is not too much technical or digitally advanced would get to know who is real or fake. After all this almost 2months emotional stress, my fridge still stands unattended n case unsolved. I don't know whom to blame, the company, the Google search engine, the people who control this whole thing where anyone can put their name n number under any brand company name or myself to invest in such a big name by making a hole in my pocket thinking i am allowed to buy good stuff like Hitachi refrigerator. after repeated efforts n after asking so many people, have not received any satisfactory response till now. Really disappointed with the entire system

            PCB of AC got malfunctioned second time now, they are saying that they will change the PCB again but I don't think that it gonna stay good at all because I have seen same problem in the same model on consumer complaints websites. I need straight refund for giving me inconvenience in the months of summers and for giving me faulty product.

              I have raised 4 request since 29th march'23, details are:

              Even cooling issue persist in the AC, it goes out of warranty in June'23 and now Service Person is asking for charge of Rs. 8000/-, saying AC is out of warranty.

              Sir, My request was far before the warranty lapses, but due to the sluggish service, person call, that I am coming and not appear and then I got a message, customer not approachable and complaint closed.

              Dear Sir,

              As problem starts in warranty period and resolution delayed due to Hitachi Service team, my AC should be repaired considering under warranty.

                I bought the Hitachi Refrigerator thru TataCliq on 16 June 2020.
                Model: R-WB480PND2

                The fridge worked well for 2 years. Then we moved house in the same city. Now the fridge broke down in two days on 29 Dec 2022.
                I was told by the technician that there is power fluctuation and so the PCB broke down. I had to pay Rs. 20, 540 for the replacement. I asked the technician if it is required to install a power stabilizer, but he said not necessary.

                On 8th July 2023, the fridge again broke down and same issue. And I called the Hitachi CC and their technician this time repaired the PCB and fixed it on 14 July 2023 for no cost. Now this time I installed a stabilizer.

                On 18th July 2023, it again broke down, within 4 days. Again a complaint was lodged (CN[protected]). The technician said the same issue, in spite of the stabilizer, the PCB broke down. Now I am asked to pay Rs. 15, 667 (20% discount offered) to replace the PCB. And this time I asked if there is a warranty for the PCB if I replace it, and the answer is NO.

                  I want to inform you that our air conditioner isn’t working. On complaint, technician came and told that compressor does not work but the problem has not been resolved yet.Also Company did response to our product.Even after repeated calls, he is just saying that problem will be solved within 24 hours, but nothing has been done so far. I request you to please look into the matter personally because it's been a long time no response came from their side.

                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                    I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have encountered with my Hitachi air conditioner and the subsequent unsatisfactory service experience I have had with your company.

                    On 19 APRIL 2021, I purchased a Hitachi AC unit, model number SPLIT AC - 1.5TR HITACHI MERAI 3100S CHAMPION INVERTER - R410A - RSNG318HDEAZ2. The AC unit initially performed well, and I was satisfied with its cooling capabilities. However, after [a two to three months], I noticed a manufacturing defect in the AC unit. The defect has affected the functionality of the unit, rendering it ineffective in cooling the room as intended.

                    As a concerned customer, I promptly contacted your customer service department on 22 June 2023 to report the issue and request a repair or replacement of the faulty component. I was informed that the problem was likely due to a manufacturing defect and that a spare part needed to be replaced to rectify the issue. I provided all the necessary details, including the model number, serial number, and a detailed description of the problem.

                    To my disappointment, it has been more than 15 days since my initial contact with your customer service, and the spare part required for the repair is still not available at the service center. I find this delay in resolving the issue unacceptable, especially considering the reputation of Hitachi as a reliable and trusted brand in the market.

                    As a loyal customer who has invested in your products, I expected a more efficient and timely response from Hitachi's customer service team. The prolonged delay in acquiring the spare part not only causes inconvenience but also raises concerns about the quality of after-sales service provided by your company.

                    I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and ensure the availability of the required spare part to the service center within the next few days. I would appreciate it if you could also provide me with regular updates on the progress of my case, assuring me that it is being handled with the urgency it deserves.

                    In addition, I would like to emphasize that this delayed service experience has significantly tarnished my perception of Hitachi as a reputed brand. I trust that you will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation, including providing compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

                    I hope that my concerns will be taken seriously, and I am confident that Hitachi will uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to resolve this matter promptly.

                      I raised service request .xxx0482 a month back because my compress was not working. Agent came after a week and informed that PCB board has issue and since it is in warranty it will be replaced free of cost. After 2 weeks i got a sms saying 'Your call no .xxx0482 is closed in our system'.

                      I again called the customer care and they asked me to raise new service request and admitted by mistake it was closed. New service request xxx4549 was raised. After two weeks (on July 5th) the service request was closed automatically without my approval.

                      I called back to the service center, customer care, mailed them multiple times, contacted via twitter... Zero response till now.
                      I suffered a lot with Hitachi this summer and never ever seen such a service from any company till now.

                        I hope this message finds you well, although I must confess that my current state of mind is far from "well." I am writing to express my extreme frustration and deep disappointment regarding the unresolved issue with my air conditioner, which has been non-functional for the past 1.5 weeks.

                        To say that this situation has caused me immense inconvenience and discomfort would be an understatement. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance and multiple follow-ups with various individuals within your company, I have yet to receive a resolution or even a satisfactory explanation for the delay.

                        When I initially reported the malfunctioning air conditioner, I had hoped for prompt action and a swift resolution. However, the passage of time has only exacerbated my frustration as the spare part required for the repair remains elusive. I have taken all the necessary steps to cooperate and provide any information or documentation required, yet I feel as if my efforts have been in vain.

                        The soaring temperatures during these past weeks have made it almost unbearable to spend any time at home. I have suffered through sleepless nights and endured the sweltering heat, all while patiently waiting for a resolution that seems to be slipping further and further away.

                        It is disheartening to think that a reputable company like yours, which prides itself on providing quality service, has failed to deliver on its promises. I implore you to understand the gravity of this situation and take immediate action to rectify the issue.

                        At this point, I no longer wish to be placated with empty assurances or vague promises. I demand a clear timeline for the arrival of the required spare part and the subsequent repair of my air conditioner.

                        I must emphasize that if this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to explore alternative options, including seeking legal assistance. I sincerely hope it does not come to that, as I believe in finding mutually beneficial resolutions.

                        I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. I eagerly await your prompt response, providing me with a concrete plan of action and a definitive timeline for the resolution of this issue.

                            It has been more than 2 months, I had requested repair of my split AC. The technician visited in March and had taken advance of Rs 2000 (sent to ‪+[protected]‬). They later cancelled the existing call and placed a new one with number [protected]. I have been calling the technician and Hitachi's customer care, however, both are hanging up on me- the technician has blocked my number and Hitachi customer care knowingly stage network drama and put the call on hold. I had requested CC three times to escalate the issue due to which I received a call ‪+[protected]‬ from the escalation department but they haven't done anything since last month. I have now my money stuck, time wasted and am repenting of make a choice of purchasing Hitachi AC. The worst part is that during the initial chat with technician he said the product is available in India but they is some issue with logistics. How long can a part take to move from 1 part of India to other? Please help me get my hard earned money back.

                                Within less than 2 years I have noticed that the machine is giving less cooling day by day and Now it has stopped cooling. I have already lodged complain in Hitachi service Centre ( Call no-[protected]) and Technician visited and collected the machine to Hitachi Service centre for investigation and repair .
                                Now, I have received a call & mail from Hitachi service centre[protected] at 4.25 pm ) informing that the Indoor unit has been detected with leaks at multiple points and has to be replaced along with other accessories . According to service centre, the total anticipated expenditure will come around Rs 14, 000=00. I have also received a sms message that the call no- [protected] is pending due to payment .
                                How such a premier company like Hitachi sells such poor quality of (SPLIT AC - 1.5TR HITACHI KASHIKOI 5100X INVERTER - R410A - RSOG518HDEA) which becomes defective within 2 years troubling customers for waste of time and money.
                                Since it is a clear case of “MANUFACTURING DEFECT “ for which the indoor unit is detected with multiple leakage ( As informed from service centre over telephone on[protected] at 4.25 pm) it must be covered under “LATENT DEFECT LIABILITY PERIOD “ and the defective Indoor Unit should be replaced with a NEW INDOOR UNIT to be for compensating the cost of damage and harassment to an esteemed customer of Hitachi.
                                Kindly look after the problem and give an immediate solution so as to replace the defective unit free of cost and serve justice to a bona fide customer.

                                  I have purchased hitachi 1 ton window ac from vijay sales indrapuram on 12/4/2022 and after one year there is problem in my ac of not cooling and then i called the hitachi customer care which is worst as they have not reponded and i have found one whatsapp number from where i raised a complaint after they see the ac they said your one year warranty is over as it s a gimmick fighting over it and they also want me to give them visiting charges to see the fault

                                    I have purchased Hitachi AC 1.5 ton AC in June 2022.
                                    I am not a frequent AC user.
                                    Still, there are 2 times that PCB board inside the outdoor unit has been replaced. Since it is in the warranty, it is replaced freely. But what after the warranty? The technician of service recommended a stabilizer, but company says no need. Then what should I follow?
                                    I have informed to the company if there is a third time PCB problem within the short duration, then it will be a problem with your product.

                                        I want to inform you all the some fraud person taking payment on behalf of the offer letter for HITACHI GLOBAL,

                                        actually I have received a mail from [protected]@bipsindias.in ( Person Name - Aryan Singh Contact no - +[protected] on 24th Feb 2023 that my profile was shortlisted for the position of Senior General manager post your 1st will going on the 25th Feb 2023, Aryan Singh called me and said that one of the Japanese persons took my interview on call, after the interview he said that your result will declare by tomorrow, on 27th Feb I have received a mail from [protected]@hitachi-global.com that you are selected for 1st Round for 2nd round it will on Skype on 2nd March 2023 please provide some mandatory documents like (Adhar, pan, educational certificate, offer letter etc) and he want Profile Varification Certificate (I didn't here before), he said that submit all your documents and profile Varification certificate is mandatory I said that don't have but he said that I'm giving a number (Aayushman Singh, Mobil no - +[protected] mail id - [protected]@hireright-service.com), then aayushman Singh called me and said that I'll make this certificate within 2 days he said that they want 5264/- Rs. for this I didn't have any idea that they are fraud, I have talked with some of my CA friends he told that it will take 1week to make this certificate and approx cost will 4500+Gst but I told him my interview going on after 2days, finally I send him money to their account but they all are fraud, I request you to all Candidates just ignore these type of mails and request from company that stop these type of frauds person and keep me safe because they have my documents. I request from crime branch that arrest these type of fraud person.
