hello i have purchased my ac two month back from hitachi e shop after instalation ac is not doing cooling one time technician came but not able to rectify the issue and he told us that there is no room on the first floor that why cooling is not done which is totally irrlevent excuse of company after that i complaint my times but issue still not resolved my registered mobile no is [protected] and registered compalint request is complaint no date ​[protected] 24th may​ ​[protected] 28th may​ ​[protected] 5 jun​ ​[protected] 20 jun

    MY NAME IS MOHAN LAL BANSAL AND MY CONTACT NO. IS:- [protected]. I PURCHASED A 1.5 TK SPLIT AC, MODEL NAME:- RAU518AVD FROM RAIPUR ELECTRONICS FROM HOWRAH, INVOICE NO. HW/0453/15-16, DATED:- 14/05/2015. INSTALLED ON. 18/05/15. AFTER ONE WEEK OF INSTALLATION IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, I COMPLAINED, TECHNICIAN CAME, HE RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM. AGAIN AFTER 2 DAYS AC IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. AGAIN I COMPLAINED, TECHNICIAN CAME AND THIS TIME HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THIS AC AS IT HAS TO GO TO SERVICE CENTER. I REFUSED TO GIVE THE AC TO SERVICE CENTER AS THIS TIME I DON'T WANT IT TO BE REPAIRED. I WANT A REPLACEMENT. I FILLED THE FORM WHICH THE TECHNICIAN HAS BROUGHT. I BOUGHT THIS AC FOR COOLING NOT FOR SUFFERING. HITACHI MAKES THE WORST PRODUCTS.

    Very bad Attitude from Hitachi India. I will not buy any products from this Company in future. They should replace the faulty AC.
    Today on 22/6/2015 Hitachi has replaced my faulty air conditioner with the new one. Installation still pending. Thank you Consumer Complaints and Thank You Hitachi for this quick and positive response.

      (Ref. No. [protected]) I, Anjan Kishore Acharyya, have purchased one 1.5 ton Split Inverter AC of your company (Model No.019AVEA) on 06.06.2015 from Great Eastern, Uttarpara branch, Hooghly. On 11.06.2015, the mechanic of your company came to install the same but detected the indoor unit as defective.The necessary papers i.e. photocopy of Cash memo has been handed over to them as per their requirement. After that I contacted your company official as well as Great Eastern, Uttarpara branch, Hooghly for replacement of the same. Sri Saswata, one of your executives, assured to deliver the fresh indoor unit by 17th of june, 2015 but till date nothing has been materialised. To day I have contacted both Mr.Saswata and your service centre wherefrom I have been informed that the machine will be replaced after verification of papers and needs to be another long time to deliver. Sir, I have been undergone a severe leg operation which has created some physical disability for which I am in physical constraint but inspite of knowing the above information your company officials are harassing me which is creating both mental & physical agony. I feel that the base of a company is the satisfaction and appreciation of the customer perhaps which is not aware by your officials. I hope appropriate and timely action will be taken at your end to replace my indoor unit other wise I have to appeal for refund. My mobile no. [protected] & [protected]

      I had lodged a complaint on 6 June for repair of my AC but till date nothing has happened on that.

      he has lodge 3 complaint and every time he get to hear that we shall come tomorrow and fix the issue but they are only assurance without any result

      once the person and said one part is faulty...we shall come and repair the same tomorrow..next day he came and said that the part is not matching and we shall call for the part and replace the same...this process is on since 6 June with no result.

        I purchased Hitachi 1.5 T.R split Hot & Cold ACE on 25 June from Durga spares, near shiv sundari school kumar kunj GMD Road, Moradabad.( bill is attached) The first problem occurred in six months gas was leaking. After many complaints my complaint was attended, even pipe was welding. In the first week of April when we started the Machine is again leaking. We again lodged the complaint but the technician came after 2 months i.e in May 2015. Technician told to me that the indoor unit was cracked. Now you can easily understand the problems which I am facing. I purchased it because of the name of the company. I realized it that a renowned company can deceit its customers. There is no service, no quality that’s why I am sending this message towards you. I want to get this Machine replaced without any queries in no time.           I bought a 1.5 Ton Kashikoi 300i inverter AC on 4th April, 2015 and I have already registered five service requests. Every time the engineer / technician came to solve the problem but they were not familiar with this latest product. Many of the functions of the AC were not working, but the technicians have not yet been able to detect the problem. They even got the remote replaced but the problem still persisted. For last 2 weeks that AC stopped cooling and when I registered the service request the technician said that that the AC gas has leaked completely. He said that now the engineers will come and refill the the gas very soon without any cost as the AC is i warranty period, but I have not heard from Hitachi regarding this. Its very very humid and hot at Delhi, and I am very irritated that even after spending Rs 54000 on a Hitachi AC, I am suffering like hell. I tried to buy the best AC and the latest product from Hitachi, but I now I feel like cheated. I could have bought a much cheaper AC from another company if I had to face same issues. Did not expect this from Hitachi. I won't buy a Hitachi product ever again. Paid almost Rs 20000 more than what I should have spent on an AC, and should have bought better AC.

            I purchased the Hitachi Refrigerator in November 2014. Earlier I was using the LG products. My experience is very bad with Hitachi. In December I filed complaint for minor fault and again on April 10 I filed complaint for cracking of the refrigerator door with old complaint. Till date I have not received any call from Hitachi and even I called many times to Sanjeev who is taking care of Hitachi but no response from their side. I recommended not to purchase the Hitachi product due to very poor services and no body is there to look and resolve the complaints of the customer. Why these type of companies are selling products if they are not able to provide the good services. I have purchased the refrigerator from Chandigarh sector 35 from Utility.               Pathetic product quality & Services -Complaint No [protected] /[protected] / [protected], from the date of purchase I am facing the issue with the faulty unit, Inspite of several follow up the company they are not ready to replace the faulty unnit with new one as the gurantee period is valid till only 22-jun-2015, request you to resolve my pending issue because i have already spent my hardest earned money to purchase costly AC ( Hitachi Company), hitachi is belived only sale the product to cunsumer and any ready the provide the satisfaction with the product quality, and also into your notice hitachi company CEO email ID not update any where, without intervention of the higher authority customer care is not given any revert to customer, I have the proof their service report where in clearly shows that in every service reopt i have mentioned the probelw and i have the image and so many mail follow done by me

                I would like to bring to notice the pathetic service by Hitachi. I have been trying to contact customer care for registering complaint of AC not cooling properly. However, I was always told that the "system is undergoing upgrade" and they are not able to register complaint. I was always suggested to call after some time, but, every time I received same response.There is no mechanism to escalate this issue with the service center. There is no way to reach out to any senior / responsible staff in customer care. No-where is any contact number on the website which is reachable. I have tried calling customer care, corporate office, works office etc. But no one is responding or the call is not attended. At one point, customer care executive gave me contact number of service center in New Delhi, however, they refused to provide any service till it is registered. I do not understand, why they are providing wrong information. This leads to wastage of precious time and wrong impression. I am very much disgusted with this level of service or call it no service at all. I have 2 Hitachi AC's and wondering what are the options after this type of experience.

                  I bought an 5 star window ac of Hitachi on 12th April 2015 from Reliance digital store at Shopprix mall Meerut. Now this is ac is not working called customer care they are saying gas leak is there needs gas refill and welding. Without use the ac stopped working. I need help .. For This ac I paid 33597 rupees.

                    Respected sir, We have bought 7.5 TN concealed HAT AC on 23.11.2011 from Golden Refrigeration co, Kolkata, India and is still under AMC as every year we are paying the AMC charges to Golden Refrigeration co. its been almost one month we have been chasing them to repair the AC but it is still not rectified, the mechanic who comes from there says that he has informed the management for change of cooling coil but no one is responding to them. We have also lodged a complaint through our registered mobile number [protected] alternative [protected] but there is no response from Hitachi Company also. Its been highly unethical on the part of business policy that such kind of after sales service is received by a prestigious company like yours. i am writing this with heavy heart that our staff is facing huge issues in working under this heat. It may also be noted that we have bought more than 15 Air condition from your company in last two years under my company.                         Product - Hitachi Window AC; 1.5 Ton Date of Purchase - July 2014 Complaints - 2 ALL COMPLAINTS RECTIFIED ALMOST AFTER 10 DAYS. I had registered a service complaint with Hitachi on 3rd June 2015, and the technicians came on 8th June, 2015, that too after repeated calls from my end. The customer care department and the technicians were told by me, that like the previous problem which occurred 2 months ago, the current problem is the same. On 8th June, 2015; the technicians checked the product and the following day, they brought the corrected part only to find that another part of the AC is non functional. So they will rectify their mistake within 2-3 days. On repeated reminders and continuous calls, do the Hitachi personnel responds.

                          Hi there, I bought a brand new 2-ton Hitachi AC (RAC222HUD) in the month of November 2014 from Electronic Paradise, Janak Puri, New Delhi which was installed in May 2015. From the very first day after the installation it has become headache for me. AC's compressor automatically stop working after 2 to 3 hours of working. I called 5-6 times to the Hitachi Customer care over the phone to look into the matter, with 2 times online and 2 times web (chat complaints) but only 2 times (after many followups) the complaint was considered and one of their technical person came to me and removed the sensor stating that now AC will work correctly. I am not a technical person in this field. I assumed now it will work fine but at night again it start creating the same problem. After 2-3 hour of working, it stop working. Again I called up the customer care center to tell them the correct picture. They registered the complaint but no action was taken care. Around 7 times in around 1 month, but no one is taking care of it seriously. I have even talked to their online customer support on the web through live chat but nothing positive happened. I would like to take legal action against them. Please suggest what and how to do next.

                            I have purchased a Hitachi DC Inverter 1.5 Ton AC from M/s Vijay Sales Vadodara two months back and few days just after its installation i have been after Hitachi to various complaints and now after two months it has stopped cooling also. I don't understand how such a big brand is selling the such product in market where they claim to give 5 years warranty and hardly in two month their product is not working properly. I have also talked in vijay slaes and also contacted Mr Ankit ( Hitachi Area Sales Manager) but no response has come from thier side till now. Since i brought this AC on EMI, so i am thinking to return back the product to Vijay Sales and stop my EMI and also lodged this complain in consumer forum.                               Hello I want to register my complaint against your product;HITACHI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER which i bought last year on 29th JUNE, 2014. I bought Hitachi Air Conditioner & from the very first day itself it is creating trouble.There is consistent problem of WATER DRIPPING from indoor unit of the Split AC.I have taken your customer service thrice before but the problem still exists.I think there is certainly some manufacturing defect in your product.So, i wish to replace my product as soon as possible because it is creating very much trouble & the product is still under warranty. My experience with Hitachi is not at all satisfactory and i am also very disappointed with your customer service; pathetic customer service. Thankyou

                                Hi, Last month I have purchase Hitachi Split 1.5 ton inverter AC from Vijay Sales, Dwarka. They delivered AC next day and within 3 days Hitachi installed the AC. But after the installation I find out the swing of AC is not working, so I logged the complaint but no one comes for next 3 day. After doing follow-up again services man comes and after checking he said I’ll send his senior which never come. I again log complain and after 1 week services man come and said your remote is not working we will replace in two days but it’s more than 15 days nobody come. In the meantime AC stop cooling I have done one more complain on 28th May but after calling them again and again nobody come. This is worst service any company can provide. The attitude of Hitachi and its service team is very pathetic. for me the only solution is to take legal action against the company for not fulfilling its promise. I will not recommend anybody to purchase any product of Hitachi. Thanks, Rajiv Nagar

                                    I am using hitachi window air conditioner 2.0 ton, model number :- RAT322KSD which is under semi comprehensive service contract from hitachi home and life solutions ltd. B59 Mangolpuri industrial Area phase II. Despite of registering so many complaints on customer care number from last 2 months, i am not satisfied with quality of product and services what Hitachi is provinding. From the date of purchase following things has already changed:- fan motor replaced, gas leaked, display pannel changed, noise, low cooling. In last 2 months i have registered more than 7 complaint but still its not working properly. After 5 minutes compressor goes OFF and ON because of this air conditioning is not effective and even its quite irritating to sleep in night because of sound. last complaint was registered on 27 may'15 but none of your technician visited yet. I am planning to change my voltas air conditioning of my other room which is almost 7 years old machine but this time a BIG NO for HItachi products.                                       Called up Hitachi service 4 days ago to look at the problem with Hitachi air conditioner and they said some one will attend the problem with in 2 days. Even after 4 days of raising a service request, technicians are calling up to say only that they do not service in the area and someone else (from a different service center location) will need to attend the problem. I finally had to cancel the request and waiting for a local service person to look at the problem.

                                        Hello, I have bought Hitachi AC 1.5 ton Model(KAZE +) from vijay sales Ahmedabad last year in March-2014.As per Hitachi company service policy they provide three free service in first year, but i have been served with only one.
