Recently i have purchased hiwoodman Extreme 4.0 car stereo by spending 29K with order id 155747 from https://hiwoodman.com/ site directly. On their site they have clearly mentioned coupler to coupler and all which will be working.
While during installation service person has mentioned the following
1) Antenna Coupler is missing.
2) Reverse Camera wire was way too short.
was able to purchase Wire locally, While Antenna Coupler was not, Have contacted hiwoodman Support team via Whatsapp & Email ID [protected]@hiwoodman.com and a response says that the Antenna coupler has to be purchased separately which was of complete shock to me.
Even faced lot of issues while scheduling installation from a local representative which the company has shared.
Complete Fraud company, As they are not even able to share a user manual for the product they are selling, Just by saying Made in India, They are procuring some cheap Chinese products and with an indian BrandName they are selling these products in Indian Market. Was this information helpful? |
