Recently i have purchased hiwoodman Extreme 4.0 car stereo by spending 29K with order id 155747 from https://hiwoodman.com/ site directly. On their site they have clearly mentioned coupler to coupler and all which will be working.

While during installation service person has mentioned the following
1) Antenna Coupler is missing.
2) Reverse Camera wire was way too short.

Faulty product and lose fitting. Steering controls are not working at all and the product itself is very cheap. When I raise a complaint they made a reverse pickup, and after the product reaches them, there is no response from their team. It's being more than a month and Still, I am waiting to get back my product or payment....

Neo 2x product is faulty and buggy.
The steering mounted connections do not work in this product directly.

When the hiwoodman support team was contacted they said they don't guarantee steering mounted control connection.

What is the point of buying an advanced android system just to be told we don't guarantee a prime feature in the car?
