HKB Travels — The company persons are behaving in a horrible way

I am travelling from mubai to hyderbad on 25 th feburary. When i asked him to change a telugu movie and they say we didn't change the movie and they behave with ma and all passengers in a rude way and i complient to hkb customer care but they didn't any action on them and again they r shouting on me in phone. Please take them on serious action and protect the passenger rights and i am giving the phone number of hkb travel agent[protected] he was the main person
