Date of journey: 10/01/2020 (Hyderabad to goa semi sleeper bus)

We started our journey almost 2 hours late even though our pick up point was just 5 km away from starting point. We kept on calling driver and he said he will reach in 10 mins. Me along with my husband and kid was standing on road and waiting for the bus. Bus reached at 11 pm (Actual pick up time was 9.10pm).
By the time bus was out of city it was 12.30...

I am travelling from mubai to hyderbad on 25 th feburary. When i asked him to change a telugu movie and they say we didn't change the movie and they behave with ma and all passengers in a rude way and i complient to hkb customer care but they didn't any action on them and again they r shouting on me in phone. Please take them on serious action and protect the passenger rights and i am giving the phone number of hkb travel agent...
