I am logging this compliant against hkm solutions, i did all the task as they given to me but at the time of payment they refuse to transfer my hard earned money to my account and whenever i called them they disconnect my call and most of the time they put me on hold and when i called them by different numbers they receive the phone but when i provide my id to them they disconnect the phone call, so friends it is my request don't pay your hard earned money to these looters. There is guy whose name is "deepak" and he is running this company and he is doing this fraud from varanasi by name khm solutions. His contact number is [protected]/ [protected] and now they are using abusing words when i ask for money. And he said he will never return your money whatever else you will do, you will do it.

The company provide id# is hkmis00605. completed the data entry work within the time period and sent it on[protected]. not yet received any report as per their norms (72hours). when call them they are tell the same story like another 10-20 minutes we sent a reply. call them contiunusly for 4 days repeated the same dialogue. i lost my money of rs.1550.

10 days of my work and time is waste also my registration money.

Even calling they are talking unethically.

Please no one go and join and waste your money.

Please take any action against them.

While searching for a work from home option, i came across this organization. I paid the required amount on 28th oct though payu money. They sent me some work on 29th oct, which is supposedly to be submitted within 10 days. I submitted on 8th nov. Post which i sent follow up emails, i never got responses. I then called up on their numbers several times only to get rude, almost insulting responses. I finally got a response from one person that i have to wait atleast 1 week to see a reply from them and that it takes time from them. It is now more than a week after i submitted. I am turning to this portal to make sure that this issue is registered and in future someone else might benefit form this.
I am concerned that this company is fraudulent and they are only looting and cheating people. Besides. They dont talk with courtesy except on the first day when they asked to release money on payu money.
Please stop them from further cheating and insulting people of india.

I registered for form filling process in hkm solutions pvt. ltd having their office at s-45, ved market, vivekananda marg, allahabad – 211003, uttar pradesh (india). the payment (rs.800, trial plan for 2 months) was taken in the name of balwant maurya (id:[protected]. i was given 20 days advertisement matter and one excel file containing list of classified websites, and 2 demo videos. i completed 20 days ads to be ;posted in different classified websites. as desired, i have send all the completed excel files from day #1 till day # 20. i was told that the first payment will be made after 15 days. despite calling them several times, no payment has been made. i was told once after 15 days that your payment will be credited within 1 hour in your bank account. however, the company did not credit anything into my account till date.

The company has defaulted in terms of payments and false promises.

I therefore request the company to release the payment at the earliest or make the refund of the registration amount of rs.800 paid my me.

I had applied for a data entry project with hkm solution pvt ltd with userid as hkmis00889. i completed the work within 10 days and submitted on 11. nov. 2016. they said in their website 72 hours required for giving status of work done. till now i havent received the details. when i contacted them they said that you check your mail. its 5 times they are repeating same dialogue and when i asked to refund money they cut my call. i need money back from this fraud company. and request you to please take some legal action...

They told this is sms sending job from mobile i have taken the plan og 4150 and worked for 1mnth now they didnt give my payment and not refunding the joining amount also they are not picking the calls they are recieving the call puting in the hold very bad company faurd company plz refund our money or banned this company [protected] [protected] the both numbers are not receiving plz complaint their heads or banned the company

The company website has many plans about work from home jobs and i have selected 1 plan of trail pack i had loged in on 29 and i have done my work for 7 days and submitted but i didnt get any reply from them i had payed through payumoney portal when i am calling them the customer care or the representative of the company, calls are being cut/dropped.
If tried from a different phone, they do lift the call until they know the user id.
Once they get the user id information and realize, they stop picking the call from alternate number.
Suspecting fraud in the name of offline data entry and form filling jobs
Even the company person also warning me to not to call if i call he will deactivate my account it seems
It looks like a fraud comapny i want to file a suit on the company

They said in their website 72 hours required for giving status of work done. Till now i havent received the details. When i contacted them they said that you check your mail. Its 5 times they are repeating same dialogue and when i asked to refund money they cut my call. I need money back from this fraud company. And request you to please take some legal action

I have deposit 800 rupees with payumoney to hkm solution online job providing company. After payment confermation company not taking my call.

Hkm solution is totally fraud company. Please dont put money to this site.. Government should take strong action against that type of site. Because employee try to get some job online. And that type o[censored]nkind person ditched him.

I really feel that due to that type of companies and person.. Nobody trust to anyone.

On the 14th of October, I enrolled for part time data entry through Indeed.com.
The company name is hkm solutions
I had to pay for a basic plan (1550) to get the data entry job
The payment was made through PayUMoney portal to an individual by name - Balwant Maurya

This job promised 10 INR per page. As soon as the payment was made, a project of 200 pages were sent to be completed within 10 days.
I completed and submitted the data entry work within 5 days.
Once the project was submitted, one more project consisting of 200 pages was also sent
However, there were no payments made. In the company web-site it is stated that payments are made every Wednesday.
It has been 2 Wednesdays since the project was submitted. However, no payment received for the work performed.
On trying to call the customer care or the representative of the company, calls are being cut/dropped.
If tried from a different phone, they do lift the call until they know the user ID.
Once they get the user ID information and realize, they stop picking the call from alternate number.
Suspecting Fraud in the name of offline data entry jobs.

Desirable Resolution is to get the money for the work performed which is 2000 INR for the project.
If this is an offline data entry scam, then public awareness has to be spread so that people do not enroll and loose money.

I join this company on 20 oct. 2016. They told that this is a work from home company which provide different type of job online or offline to people for which they taken a registration fees. They have different type of job for example data entry or ad posting and etc. I choose the copy paste jobs and gave them rs.2100 as the registration fees and work from them.
