I've placed an order from H&M on 22/07/2024
(Order No. [protected]) including 2 sweatshirts and 1 hoodie.
I received cheap quality products.Now, even after raising return requests several times, they are cancelling my return from their end. Their Delhivery executive doesn't come to pick my return. Also, He doesn't answer my calls inspite of calling him several times.When I requested a callback to raise my concern, nobody bothered to call me.

These are several return requests which is being cancelled my them.Nobody bothers to pick my return. They give silly excuses like I'm not available. Neither did they call me nor did they come to my pickup address.
After cancelling my return several times, now they've marked my products as used. I've ordered sweatshirts and hoodies.Winter season is far now. How will I use these products. They are hiding their default as they've sent me cheap quality products.
I look for successful return and refund of my order .
Product is in its original conditions with price tag attached as well
