      I have ordered a shoe from h&m order id is [protected] i which i have received a defective second handed street market cloth of women wear which is ridiculous to me and very disappointing i have paid money to them and got the wrong product which is also not from the company and they’re telling me to refund. What will i do with the refund as the order is already out of stock and what about my rights to purchase idk what it is disturbing to me.
      Similar situation, and I have returned the wrong product but not received the refund yet. I have been able to order that item again but, I am now concerned as it could again be wrong, and I have still not received the refund for the first order.

        I ordered baby clothes worth 5456 and received incomplete order. They just delivered half of the ordered products and paid full. Inspite of complaining multiple times and writing emails daily, they just ensure that it will be resolved and I will get my refund. But they don't bother to take action.

          Placed an order through the official H&M website 5 days ago, the money has been debited from my account but there was no order confirmation neither am I able to view it in my order status. Tried reaching out to customer service through call and e-mail, both being unresponsive until now.

            After waiting for more than a month I still haven't received my refund of 3598 rupees. The order number is [protected]. the item are two jeans. article number - [protected] and [protected]. the Refund amount is 2299 and 1299 respectively.

              Today I order 2 items from H&M. I make payment for the same and payment also debited at the same time but I didn't get any confirmation mail from H&M about the order placed. I contact to the customer care they told me to wait for 3 days for payment refund....

              Refund for Missing Item In My Order

                  Refund taking too long

                  I placed an order on 7april2022, on h&m.
                  Order number: [protected]
                  also made the payment (898 INR) through debit card but for some reason you couldn't generate the receipt and my order got cancelled at the very moment automatically. But money has been deducted from my account and i still haven't got the refund yet. It's been 19 days at this point. Please refund me. Please help.

                  Here i am raising the issue because till now no conclusion came out. I have order one dress of INR2159, but instead of my dress received one t-shirt of worth Rs.399, and from that day till present i am following up for my refund and that wrong item has been returned to H&M.

                  Neither, customer care support on call kept me waiting on hold for long always and never escalated my call to senior management or resolution team, on email they stated that maximum 30 days time of refund but been more than a month 15 days my money not reflected in my account. every time they share new stories.

                    No refund and pick up delayed and customer service is trash

                    1. They sent me the wrong product which is double my size
                    2. I placed a return request immediately but no one came to pick it up for a week
                    3. I contacted customer service 5 times every week via chat, mail and phone call and wasted around 30 mins to talk to them and they assured that the pick up will be done but it's been a month and nothing is happening
                    5. My money has been stuck since a month and i am not getting any...

                    Dear h&m team,

                    I have returned an item that I have ordered, more than a month ago.They asked me to wait for the refund within next 30 days.
                    I did not receive a refund and then they asked me to wait a little more.I have submitted a complaint more than 2 times for my refund but they just keep on extending the date.

                    Please resolve this on a priority basis.

                            Failed transaction money debited but not refunded since 1 month

                            On 15th December 2020 I was trying to place an order via H&M app using upi option when the transaction of Rs.2999 failed but money was debited from my account but the order wasn't placed. I followed up with H&M customer care and they assured over email that the same would-be credited back to my account in 30days.
                            That hasn't happened and I am yet to get my money....

                              I ordered 4 products in which there was one tshirt of 599 rupees which had to be delivered by h&m to me. I received 3 products as ordered and in place of 1 tshirt they gave me a woman’s boot. So I talked to them for a lot of times and it has been 2 months and they have not returned my money back. Its a clear stealing and loot of money because we cannot reach to the stealer. So I have to complain here. Even when I told that I received the wrong product they asked me to return the boot and they will return the refund. I returned the boot and after returning the boot it has been 2 months and they have not refunded me my money. Please help.
