[Resolved]  HMWSSB — Drainage overflow into apartments.

Dear Sir/ Madam We have a frequent problem of drainage overflow into our apartments, when ever the main drainage connected is blocked. Our drinking water is located at the entrance & gets contaminated in view of overflow, causing lot of inconvenience as our apartment have children who are prone to diseases. We have been living in this flat since 22 years . Earlier it was no so frequent. This overflow has increased in the recent times after the new hotels have started functioning.Kindly organise for removal of blockage in the main drain which is exactly opposite to our flats. Also suggest alternate to overcome this frequent problem of overflow.
