HMWSSB — Mistake in change of category from domestic to commercial

Our CAN:[protected]. We have a domestic connection for our house 3-6-455/A, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. Suddenly for the month of March 2015 the category has been mistakenly changed from domestic to commercial and we got a wrong bill of 2845.51. Could you please help us in correcting this and reversing the category to domestic.
