HMWSSB — No drinking water since 2 months

Hello Sir,

This is Srikanth.SP resident of Hyderabad, Telangana. We are facing issues with no drinking water since 2 months. We have been complaining the HMWSSB multiple times but they are not solving the problem but just closing the issue without any resolution. Here is the latest outstanding Complaint Number: 1800 with CAN:[protected] and this is a pending ticket since a month to HMWSSB.

Could you please help in taking necessary action to expedite the resolution for the issue which is been pending since few months.
