I Bikshapati Pabbati resident of Door No. 6-1-132/132-A, Skandagiri, Padma Rao Nagar, Secunderabad am in receipt o[censored]ser charges bill of August month generated on[protected] only. Thereafter inspite of repeated oral reminders both at our place when your person visited for recording reading & my visit to your local office is not yielding any desired results. Being a sincere responsible citizen, i felt to bring it to your notice to do the needful and help the Corporation run smoothly.
