HMWSSB — Water bill Arears

My water connection CAN[protected] and paying the water bill regularly till last month bill.. Presently the bill amount is showing Rs 46700 as arrears. How this amount accumulated so high. Till today no one informed us about these arrears in any of the bill. Hope this might have happened by mistake. Please advise us the correctness immediately.
