[Resolved] Holiday 7 Pvt Ltd — I am not agree for cancellation rule for tour & given insufficient amount

I have confirm my tour package on[protected] and i had a some personal issue then I have cancel this on[protected] and my tour date is[protected], I am cancel my tour before 1 month, Tour agency can not share our cancellation rule before approve my tour package, when I am asking about my refund amount they only giving Rs.2800/-, I am Paid advance Rs.4800/- I can't bear this loss, Pushpa Singh [protected]

CANCELLATIONS POLICY :

· If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

· For postpone / Prep-one of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 15 days prior of tour date.

· INR 20%/- will be charged extra for Prep one / postpone.

· 30 days prior to departure of the tour 30% of total tour cost.

· 30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.

· 14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 60% of total tour cost.

· 07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.

· There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

i have booked the tour through mr. kapil sharma, he send me hotel voucher n driver detail for manali and shimla trip, but when we arrived at manali, driver started to mis behave and demanded all the money in advance, we had already paid more than half amount in 1 day so we refused n talked to mr. kapil and he said - sir aap log khud he aage ki trip arrange kar lijiye hum log nahi kara paaenge " and he did not pick up our call . we were like helpless person on the manali road even after paying 20000/- also the hotel he booked was so cheap that there were a case of theft n policemen were there when we areived at hotel flamingo resort
