I have booked the tour through mr. Kapil sharma, he send me hotel voucher n driver detail for manali and shimla trip, but when we arrived at manali, driver started to mis behave and demanded all the money in advance, we had already paid more than half amount in 1 day so we refused n talked to mr. Kapil and he said - sir aap log khud he aage ki trip arrange kar lijiye hum log nahi kara paaenge " and he did not pick up our call. We were like helpless person on the manali road even after paying 20000/- also the hotel he booked was so cheap that there were a case of theft n policemen were there when we areived at hotel flamingo resort

Holiday7.in / Holiday7online.com Customer Care's response Dear Anshu sharma, you have Booked Shimla Manali By Car Tour Package from us. it is Budget Package & you have pay only 4, 000/- In Advance & your rest payment adjust During the tour. and you were go manali from delhi by overnight journey means 12 Hrs. journey & After Reach manali you have check in Hotel & after Check in you said to drive to sightseeing as you check in hotel, driver want some rest to remove his tiredness, because his is Human Not a Machine, even a machine can not work 24 Hrs Continuously, he is requested you to take some rest to drive car properly but you didn't listen a word. Even Mr. Kapil Sharma also Was Trying to understood you But you were Vary stubborn that why Mr. Kapil Sharma Said you to arrange tour yourself.
