Hi, I am Manoj Kumar, In the last 1 year I have taken 3 booklets from your company of Hotel Coupons, of Hotel Umrao Delhi, Radisson Sohna Gurugram and Radisson Udaipur, out of all the three coupons, I was not able to even one night of the Hotel and I had also taken some other nights coupons from you which I had give more money. And it is surprising that even after many reminders and contacting you people many times, I could not book any hotel night of all three booklets which I had taken from you of about 21500 Rs/- whereas I had confirmed for Udaipur Trip from you and after asking you that I want to go there, I had also booked my train tickets after asking you and you people had also given me the confirmation of the hotel also, despite giving the confirmation, you people did not give me that hotel, at a time I had to book other hotels whose booking was very expensive for me, my expenses there were about ₹ 21000 something, which I had to pay apart from your services and you also stopped picking up my phone and I have been in touch with you for one month and you were telling me that you will give me the compensation for these three booklets plus the compensation for other purchased nights, but maybe you people are not understanding the thing properly, so now I am sharing this final email with you, a document of mine please. The conversation that I had with you and with your director, with Shivank, how will I file a case in the court, and file a case in the name o[censored]S IPC 420 406 in Delhi police, after that file a case against you in human rights and along with that I will also ask my lawyer to send you a legal notice because I am very frustrated and my mental level is not good right now, you people have troubled me a lot and as compensation you should give me at least one lakh rupees for harassing me, plus the expenses that I incurred on the travelling cost o[censored]daipur trip, I planned that trip only after getting your approval from you of Hotel Radisson, plus my advocate's fee of ₹5000 legal fee which will be charged to you, Your booklets, your conversations, your recordings, all the documents, whenever required, I will share them with concerned dept. I have everything and there is a deadline for you, I am telling you 30th Sept, for you to take legal action against your company, for filing a case in consumer court through an advocate also.
You Did a criminal offence under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 which provides for punishment with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to two years & they shall be liable to be prosecuted under the penal provisions of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and other Criminal provisions of Laws of India.
In all above event, they will be exclusively and fully responsible for all costs, risks, responsibilities, expenses and consequences thereof.
I hereby request you to look into the matter & help me to provide for my full earnest money.
