[Resolved]  Holy Spirit Hospital — Wrong Bill Estimates and Threatening Calls to Deposit CASH

I am lodging a complaint against a person named Mrs Sangeeta Kumar ([protected]) who says that she is a doctor (surgeon) in Holy Spirit Hospital, Andheri, Mumbai. She has been calling me since 22.09.2014 since my friend Benneth was admitted to the hospital after a spine injury on 21.09.2014. As the hospital got only my number from him she started calling me for despositing cash for his operation. I deposited Rs 80000/- first. The hospital did a wrong operation and wanted to do another for which she demanded another Rs 50000/-. I paid that immediately. After the operation she asked me to deposit Rs 97000/- for hospital bills which I couldn't pay immediately. The patient himself arranged for Rs 40000/- and I paid the 57000/-. She is now demanding another Rs 46000/- today which is a Banking Holiday/Closing day (30th September). The patient was due to be discharged today but now she is refusing to do so because I'm unable to transfer funds today. She has harassed and threatened me again and again for cash deposits in the last 10 days. When I confronted her with the fact that she demanded money even on a bank closing day she said that she will file case against me and teach me a lesson. She has stopped me from speaking to any other official in the hospital and also didn't allow me to meet the patient. She also did not allow me to access all the bill details till now. She is saying that it is all my fault that there was a Sunday and a Bank Holiday. I have sms proof and bank receipts for cash deposits. Please help me as the situation is out of control now.
