One of the worst and highly unprofessional staff and some doctors
they just loot money
if patient does not come within 3 months in my case they charge 200 rs. Extra but they should understand there might be some genuine reason -in my case was admitted in hospital for surgery
regular fees is rs. 400 and now they have ungraded their system it is taking 600 rs and you will not get 200 rs. Refund as regular regular opd is 400 today when i needed clarification pro rithik did not lift operator ashwini is telling lies that am arguing - this is how they treat patients from whom their hospital is running- so they are taking upgradation charges from us
such an useless hospital. Earlier also at reception girl sitting had misbeahved whose compalin was given and hospital staff told mm that she is rude to them also if this is the case
so now i want to know why patients are treated this way why this loot of money
managements decision but it should be justified

    These is regarding my aunty Merry Noronha who is admit holy Spirit hospital from since 4 days without any reason they are saying to do tests and charges us without giving proper reason.

      Dr. cristopher desouza ( ENT )
      Is always late for his OPD.
      Again he is late for more then 1 hr.
      What you think we are fool ?
      This is clear harrasment by the hospital and doctors with the patients.
      This behaviour is unacceptable.

        Irresponsible staff

        Dr. Harsh had askedto do my Moms Xray MOMS XRAY DEXASCAN and also bloo test of Clacium, Phsophorous I will be uploading the photo of the RX and after seeing the RX layman like us will not come to know that that is for blood test but cash counter will easily recognise the same as I had given my file on 15/6/22 to pay the fees of the tests recommended by Doctor Even the cash counter lady took only Xray & Dexascan fees but AND they even confirmed...

        I was not allowed with my family member whom English is his second language. Posted policy states one support person allowed with a family member in the ED. You did not honor this policy. Security was called after I pointed out the policy.
        Hospital personnel not wearing a mask even though visitors and patients are supposed to. You have no humanity and no respect.

          Hi, I had recently visited Holy Spirit hospital to admit my husband as had breathlessness and stomach tightness, was taken in emergency they checked my oxygen level and sent me to surgical opd, i was asked to do some tests and then was told need to be admitted as buntings in the chest xray.. After sometime was shifted to a ward who are awaiting covid reports hd tests conducted and whole 24hrs no treatment, nurses said they cant read xray and nobody knew what was going on, on the second day i was told covid negative report need to shift to another ward, as the doctor dint visit the entire day was not able to get insurance form completed and claim for insurance. I asked for discharge as the doctor advised to be treated by another doctor which was told to me after 24hrs of no treatment. For discharge I had to wait for hours for the doctor to just write a discharge summary so the file is processed for billing. Really pathetic experience as the nurses and doctors have no cordination. I am getting my husband discharged where i had to pay for the bills instead of cashless insurance due to delay of the doctor. Not treated as the doctor wasted 24hrs to get proper diagnosis and going home with an experience of not coming back ever again.

            Worst experience till date with security management...last night they fight up with my younger brother...your staff are behaving like they are illeterate...from both the side case had been filed up in police station...u can look in cctv footage whose fault is first...n one brother got hurt in hand...plaster had done...its a humble request please look after...

              Sir / madam

              Iam writing a complain regarding a treatment given to my wife during 5th oct to 8th oct 2019 by staff who mostly looks or act as college passed out students who don’t know their job as they were not able to locate nerve to put glucose bottle to the patient in that act lot of blood were dripping from my wife hand because they were pocking the needles in her hand and in spite of raising bell switch no body bother to attend her, i need to go every time and ask them to come and attend the patient in this process patient has lost lot of blood as she was admitted for excess bleeding during pregnancy and abdomen pain and lost trimester and the money

                  We admitted patient on 3-sept-19 to do colonoscopy for his constipation problem finding as advised by gastro entrologist doctor of hospital. Accordingly carried out all pre-requisite tests on same day to get fitness cert. And did colonoscopy on 4-sept-19; 14:00 hrs.
                  Doctor advised to get discharge on same evening, if possible or next day morning. And mentioned for nurse just to inform him while discharging.

                  Due to heavy rain, tpa staff was not available late evening on 4th sept. So we decided to get the discharge on next day morning. The same was agreed/okeyed by night shift rmo.

                  On 5th sept. Morning, 7:30 am, shift rmo checked the patient. We told her about our need for discharge the patient asap.
                  (No message / comment /instructions passed on by both rmo to on duty nurse regd. Discharge)
                  Then, till 9:00 am, nurses was denying to start discharge process, saying they don't have any instruction on same.
                  Even after my continuous requests, nurses couldn't arrange any rmo / doctor to fill up discharge summery. I requested them to at least start bill generation process.
                  Finally at 11:30 am, gastro entrologist doctor who did colonoscopy had to come down after his opd and fill up discharge card.
                  Then at 12:30 pm, nurse handed over discharge summery to tpa.
                  At 13:00 hrs, when i inquired at tpa for updates, they told me that they are waiting for medicine report from nurse.
                  At 13:15 hrs, nurse handed over medicine reports to tpa and then they submitted the bills to cashless insurance company. Which got approved in less than 20 min. Then after.

                  Much disappointingly i could find following improvement opportunities from this incident,
                  Role of rmo in terms of discharge is not clear in nurses/patients understandings.
                  Nurse failed to explain the proper discharge process to patients or giving false reasoning.
                  Rmo hesitate to take accountability of their actions. (Not giving instructions of discharge to nurse in this case)
                  Nurse submitted discharge papers to tpa without medicine reports, which delayed submission from tpa.
                  Handover between rmo is not up o the mark.
                  Does cashless patients gets bad treatment?... This kind of message gets pass on after such incident.

                  Just to conclude, i already got discharge delayed by overnight. And then it took half of the next day due to negligence by hospital staff.

                  Awaiting kind response from hospital side on this to understand where was i wrong, to cause this incident.

                    This is to inform you about the patient Aadil Jafferbhoy who we brought to the emergency. The lady doctor attended to him after 30 mins . She was so casual in her approach . Then the untrained nurses came to give him the drip . The were so unprofessional they poked him 5 times amd couldnt find his veins . How atupid ?? Are they even trained nurses . Then they charge for all the medicines they havent given . Ur nurse lies we refuse the drip . We come to the emergency to get better not refuse . Then the doctor doesnt even bother to come . I have come to this hospital several times amd tvis is the worse . The lady doctor waa the worse . I frel like making a legal complaint about her and ur u trained nurses . I expect a reply not a ignorance . Ul are the worse hospital and ur doctor has no value for a sick patient.

                      Mon was hospitalized for 5 days treatment started and on 5 day the doctor said every thing is okay and can take leave. But the assistant of the doctor denied and refuced to give discharge stating the infection aging went high. After taking discharge no medicine was not given to the patient for future.so it's done purposely right to increase the charge and make money out of the situation. Now no prescription are given and the doctor have said that the hospital will not help u in future even i[censored] came in opd. The doctor cleary state that if you will be coming in future to the hospital they will not do any treatment.

                        I am constrained to address this grievance letter for the traumatic experience which my old mother-in-law mrs. Jaya mary chettiar age 77 yrs. Residing at takshila (Mahakali caves rd) had to face at hands of one of your staff from holy spirit hospital (Andheri east) mr. Vimlesh from home blood collection department.
                        In the morning hrs. Of 8th. Feb (Fri) the above staff had collected the blood from home to be taken to the hospital pathology for examining & had assured the reports of the same will be delivered the next day on 9th. Feb (Sat). To my dismay the examined reports were not delivered on sat. Till 2.00pm. Repeatedly calling mr. Vimal, assured the same will be delivered by 5.00pm. Which did not result.
                        With much difficulty a follow up call was once again made to the above at 5.15pm. His tone was offensively impolite & threatening.
                        Finally i myself had to rush from bandra at 6.30pm & collect the examined report.
                        I would like to mention, this very same holy spirit hospital a decade prior was said to be the best hospital in every front in the entire suburb of mumbai. But today the behavioural pattern & tone of your so called staff has become worse.
                        My humble request once in a year please do have an orientation for your down the line staff, that they may learn to behave and see the patient in a perspective way.

                        I order one item of bhurji Pao.they charged Rs. 70.00. Cost is very high.kindly control on this. Almost double charges.hospital management PL interval in this matter and help a poor and middle class people.

                          I am a very old patient and have been visiting ur hospital for really long.
                          However i had a bad experience today, to get a sonography for my pregnant wife i have been waiting for past 3 hours. And the doctors inside are not even serious abt it and laughing. This kind of approach is very disappointing by such a reputed hospital. Kindly check as to how professional the doctors are in this department.

                          Dear Sir / Madam

                          From last 20 years we have been patronizing Holy Spirit for all our treatments. We are staying at Goregaon.

                          My wife had visited doctor Nicholos Antano orthapaedic on 10/1/16, Token number 51 received, in between other patients were taken having late token numbers.

                          After waiting for nearly 3 hours she visited the doctor. On entering, the doctor was angry with his asstt doctor. She had given the file to Dr. Nicholos and explained to him the previous visit what test was required to be done and accordingly all test report was filed in the file. The doctor was unable to find the paper of Vitamin D test and starting insulting my wife. giving all irrelevant examples of Big Bazar, Vegetable shop etc in front of other patients. He didn't check the papers properly and started scolding my wife as she was repeatedly telling him that the test report was there in the file itself, but he was not letting the file from his hands. After getting the file with so much insult my wife moved out and checked the file as to were the test report might be. It was there in the file she went back to the doctor to show it(it took her less than 2 minutes), instead of making an apology for his mistake he became a colour specialist, started to proving that the other test reports were of different white shade then the vitamin D and my wife had just put the report in the file . Are we the patients who after waiting for 3 hours to hear such a comments were we now need to check the shade of the test report. i would request holy spirit to put this doctor in stationery dept. to see the paper shade after his eye test has been done so that he finds the test report in the file and train him how to behave with ladies.

                          Nurses make the patients to buy the medicines on credit and do not refund the medicines but keep in their stock as my kcl syrup which was sealed bottle and the repulsed of budecort and duolin. Though I have paid the amount which my bill shows but they say it was from their staff. This hospital has gone down the ladder for its inappropriate service. In spite of my mother not been an insurance patient, they added her name in insurance and gave me a bill of Rs 75000 for 10 days stay. Very bad service by a Catholic and Charitable organisation. It was not so when the hospital was budding under the German nuns

                            Holyspirit a well known hsopital at Andheri east near shere punjab...
                            But we have sour experience with the hospital, they clain to have best doctors, but this claim seems to be a wrong commitment from the hsopital.

                            This is nothing but a blood sucking hospital.
                            They are interested in the money, pateints are unaware about the treatment he is undergoing.
                            Moreover the nurses are not trained in dealing with...
