[Resolved] Home Credit — Customer Service | |||||
I have taken a loan from Home Credit to purchase a Oppo Mobile phone on the 20th Jan 2017. My EMI due date is 20th of every month for 6 months. While applying for loan I have opted for ECS, i.e., direct deduction from my account. This has not been activated and the collection department start calling me atleast twice in a day from the 14th itself. Inspite of several requests, politely, not to disturb me as I would be working the executives demand and talk rudely. Moreover they point blankly say that the bank is at fault and refuse to put the same thing in an email. Whatever they communicate would be oral and do not put anything in writing, creating a suspicion about their intentions and modus operandi. I request the concerned to resolve this issue and let me know in writing via email if the bank is at fault. II also advice people sincerely not to take any loans and onduct business with Home Credit. If you do so you will risk your peace of mind and would be subjected to harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
