Hi,
I am not a Home Credit customer and have never taken a loan. Still daily I am getting calls from Home credit. I took a Corporate mobile no. 3 months back and probably the previous user of this no. had taken a loan from Home Credit. I have explained several times that the no. now belongs to me and I have no idea who the previous user was still the executives keep calling. They say that I have to prove my identity as I might be the relative and trying to fool them. This is ridiculous and insulting. The team the harassing me my making unwanted calls. Why will I prove my identity or submit my documents when I donot owe anything to the company. The company has no right to breach my privacy rights when I donot hold any liability with them. The executives can themselves check with the Network service provider if the no. belongs to their defaulter or not.
I want these calls to end otherwise I am compelled to make police compliant.
