[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Account statement are not providing from 1 months | |
I am following this company since 1 month for my loan statement account ( history of my payments I made ) but they are not providing the document. Everytime they ask for 3 days time and ensure me I will get it after 3 days. I have been mentally tortued and harrsed by this company. I have 3 call records where there executive ensuring me I will get it by three days. I have to take loan but my bank has asked my previous loan history ( statement of account ) But Home credit India Finance is not providing. I am requesting this digital complaint forum to please take action and help me. In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that we are unable to fetch the contract ID basis the details mentioned in your complaint.
