[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Account statement are not providing from 1 months

I am following this company since 1 month for my loan statement account ( history of my payments I made ) but they are not providing the document. Everytime they ask for 3 days time and ensure me I will get it after 3 days. I have been mentally tortued and harrsed by this company. I have 3 call records where there executive ensuring me I will get it by three days. I have to take loan but my bank has asked my previous loan history ( statement of account ) But Home credit India Finance is not providing. I am requesting this digital complaint forum to please take action and help me. I have call records of these people Below mentioned are the people whome I have spoked with Chandra Shaker - customer support executive Prasad Nagraj - Supervisor Home Credit - Customer service [protected] Gurgaon. In reply to your query, we wish to inform you that we are unable to fetch the contract ID basis the details mentioned in your complaint. Hence, we request you to kindly share your registered contact number/loan number. Once we receive the details, we shall check your account and assist you accordingly.
