My loan account no -[protected] I am trying to foreclose my loan and trying hard to just activate my er request I don't understand why they want me to pay another emi. I am already short of funds and with all my hard earned money i am giving the final payment to home credit, just because of the technical issue why should i suffer. I want to foreclose this before my next emi It is your problem that you can't generate my request not mine, i think this is not at all professional and logical thing to say that pay your emi next month. Please look into matter seriously, i am fed up with all this, i am ready with the money and you people are now giving me so much trouble... I am just going through the complaint box of yours every customer is not satisfied even they are frustrated. Now please tell me where is my fault.
