[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — breach of privacy and confidentiality | |
Bank can't share customer's personal information to the third party (Unauthorised party) without taking the permission from the customer. But your bank reveal my personal details to the unauthorised party without any permission from me. I'm suffering from loss due to your breach. According to rbi regulations, banks can't provide information of nature of confidential. Please take strict action towards home credit india finance for breach of privacy and confidentiality.
