[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — Called at 7am/mental harassment | |||||
Hi team, against loan no. [protected], due date was 27th Jan, which I missed to pay for that I tried to preinform to your team as well but due to national holiday your call center was close, so yesterday I got a call regarding the same concern so I informed that I will be pay by 1 Feb with late fee of 300.agree. Today morning at 7 am I receive a call from anuj pratap Singh. I clearly told him call me back after 9 am. This is not good time to talk with you. How dare he shout on me, asked who is the supervisor he straight forward denied, the behaviour was completely out of the way.his word is "company kya pagal hai jo itni subah call kar rahi hai" how can he say like this. Quality team - Just go through with the call recording you got to what happent on the call. Do you know what type of legal action i can take on this. Home credit team - As per the TRAI noms you are not suppose to call before 9 am. I need immidet response on this otherwise I have to take a legal action with the help of TRAI.
