[Resolved] Home Credit India Finance — calling my friend for many times a day | |||
Home credit customer care is continuously calling to my friend's mobile number.. Please stop calling my friend when i am not reachable.. Each and every day calling him for 15-25 times a day is very harassing.. He is a very busy person and he ia getting angry and when we met face to face he is shouting on me saying about this.. If we delayed a payment we will pay it with fine.. But please stop this telephone call harrasment.. It's very annoying.. Since we don't have full amount of money we decided to take loan from home credit.. So if there is a delay please try to use common sense that the amount is not ready yet.. And stop calling continuously asking it.. Stop this harrasment against customers.. I will never recommend home credit to any of my friends or colleagues in future due to this kind of harrasment..
