Just now spoken with your customer care executive he stated that my loan has been rejected is this a joke, since last week i was facing technical issue and today you guys have rejected my loan without no reason i have paid all the installments on time and finished my previous loan as well. This is how you treat your existing customers. Previous loan account number [protected]. Its my daughter marriage on 1st june and without any reason my loan has been rejected. One of your team leader saminder told me to finish my previous loan and it is guaranteed that i will get another loan. As it is my daughter marriage and i need the money urgently

Yeah sir,
This home credit people are not taking care of there exciting customers,
Unnecessary rejection of loan.
Then what is the use of writing your site that
‘HOME CREDIT ONLINE INSTANT LOAN,
Emergency loan.
It’s just joking and playing with people’s emotions and time.

It’s atleast take care of existing customers, genuine customers those who closed there loans in proper manner.

Customers support is very unprofessional & slow. Getting 5 to 7 days to solve a simple quires.

Need to improvise your technically sites and
